I had broken 2 little parts to my ESM FW 190d9 electric retracts which made them unusable. I contacted Tomas at VQ to see if he could get some replacement parts. He asked for pics and I sent a couple of the broken items. When I came home from work yesterday there was a package in my mail box containing the parts I needed and the packing slip said No charge and the postage was No charge.

I was understandably surprised and very appreciative. I just wanted to do a shout out for Tomas at VQ warbirds for his help, service and just good ol customer concern.

Tomas has done good for me as well. Ordered wingtips for a VQ Zero and got ones for the P-38. When I explained to him he sent me the right ones immediately for no additional charge! I buy from him whenever I can.

Tomas who runs VQWarbirds is the only place where I would by ESM warbirds!

Tomas is the best. When ppl ask me what gear or where to buy something, I always try to send them to VQwarbirds. Makes me sad though when someone tries to send an email, such as a request for info on stock status for a set of retracts... and they dont get a response very quick...they end up buying stuff from centuryjet or something and end up with lower quality retracts.

Tomas is the best there is in customer service, but hes only one guy. Gotta give him a day or so for a reply to questions as hes rather busy,
If you want retracts....Sierra is the best there is and VQ is a retailer. Want an ESM plane.....get it from VQ
