I am at my wits end trying to install a tail wheel in a YA P-47 that I am finishing. Can any of you recommend how to do an install? Please provide some pics if possible. I have two tail wheels that I can use, a Spring-Air unit and a B&D unit or should I go with something else?
Much Thanks!

Use the B&D tailwheel unit.
Run a separate servo for it.
Use a thin carbon fiber pushrod and mix it with the rudder.
The trick is to make a uturn in the connection for the steering. Go past the tiller arm and connect it to the tiller.
No binding when the retract is up, and you can use a knob on your radio to trim the steering and then turn the switch off when you are done with it.
