I am finishing the cockpit floor. Just some last stripes and the master will be done and ready to molding!

Anyone use the Electronic Air Valves on these birds for their retract mechanism? I have a Xicoy in my turbine airframe? Just concerned about the vibration with a gas engine.

I'm not sure why your carb won't fit inside the cowl, I had no problem with mine (kit built) also put together the ARF for a friend. Could you post some pictures?

The Carb that came with the motor had an 2cm "extender" that meant that it came in contact with the cowling.
After some consideration about solutions, and choose to installed a bend that was available as accessories. It mean that I had to cut through the firewall, but I think its ok...

Anyone have the original plans handy and can give me the sheet sizes? I have the PDF's of them and think I have them resized properly, but knowing the overall length and width would be greatly appreciated.

The first assembling of the 1/5 scale P-47 cockpit side panels and dashboard with the rudder pedals. It seems that all parts work well.
