Question JGM Designs PSRU

It's been a while and I've seen JGM's videos showing different reduction drives for various engines but then no news. Just wondering if anyone knows JGM or has any info on the project.
Very interested in a unit for a DLE 55 so...

http://youtu.be/TjW7rQLX1K8

there're several videos, click on the homepage/videos to see all

Thanks for the reply Thomas. Can you ask him to come on here and update us perhaps?
Im about to aquire a YA P-40 and from his video on the same plane Id like to have a PSRU set up on a DLE 55RA. I think what hes doing is great and would like to see more drives on the market.
If nothing else ask him to get in touch with me.

Hey Chris, thanks for asking!

So dang busy with the day job and family its hard just to get time to post here... Thomas and I text each other every so often as he is going to use one of my reductions on his Kolm engine in his TA-152.
Unfortunately im not doing any reductions for the DLE engines as engine cases dont really work for my designs. If your looking gor a reduction to go on a 55-60cc engine I do make one for the DA60 though... I always wanted to put that one in a 1/3 scale WWI biplane.

Shoot me a pm if you want,

thanks, John

A really neat device. Do you have a ballpark figure on the price?

The only company I know of that sells reduction units is Vogelsang-Aeroscale. You can find them with a search engine and review their offerings.

Best of luck!

Default Old thread but trying anyway :-)

Hey John. I have an extra TP70cc that I’d like to research a reduction for. Not sure of the target plane yet. Either a BUSA DR1 or a P51 Top Flight.

My business email is [email protected]

cell/text is 205.281.1711.
