That is a very nice post on your p47 2 piece wing build. Thank you for posting your method along with the pictures.
Have you used that method on other builds as well? I build from plans myself and am looking at Ziroli p47 but the single piece wing I did'nt like too much.
Thanks again for posting your build.

Once you get the hang of doing it it gets simple.. I built a similar two piece wing for a 89" Dynaflite PT-19 and a Dynaflite Chipmunk... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-w...h-build-2.html

Did a Morane Sualnier with a two piece wing using aluminum wing tubes since there was no Diehedral on the wing... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/scra...1-3-scale.html

I built a vailly 92" Hawker Hurricane recently the plan shows a one piece wing which I built as a two piece, http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-w...ing-build.html

Built a Nosen P-51 with a three piece wing... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-w...lan-build.html

I have a few other RCU build forums which I did not list.
