Angry Top flite FW 190 ARF

Guys,
Need some help. I have been waiting now for 9 months for a replacement canopy for my TF FW190 ARF. Tower keeps pushing back replacement parts arrival and now says Sept. I just can't believe they will be OOS on placement parts for almost a year on this ARF
Does anyone have a spare canopy they will part with? Or any ideas on what could substitute?
Lastly I have a set of elevator half's/horizontal stabs for this ARF if anyone needs them. They are also out of stock for last year so someone maybe in the same situation as me..
At this pace I may not even get to fly the plane this year at all....very frustrated with Tower.
thx for any help!

The Vailly Aviation kit is close in size with a canopy that may be closer to fitting with minor modifications. Check their website for their canopies.

Google Vailly Aviation Fw190.

If it annoys you when people post and ask for help, why don't you just not answer?

Because, we live in a society where everyone openly feels they can insult and degrade everyone because "its the internet".

I was trying to get a 2 blade spinner for my parkzone 109 for the longest time. At the time they said backordered on horizon's site. Had one on order for like 3 months thru my LHS, and nothing, finally gave up. I'm doubtful these spinners ever actually existed.

Can't help with the canopy but it seems like they are out of stock on a lot of planes and parts. I need a set of wings for my TF-P-51 and a cowl for my P-40 (rough season already) and parts for my Pt- 17 all have been on BO for months now. I was looking through the website for something new and I see a lot of OS due late Jul or Sept. All the other vendors still have to get their parts from Hobbico so if the are out then everyone is out, unless it's something small.

Hi Kirk,
I have the same problem here in the uk and have been waiting for weeks for a canopy.
Phil at http://www.fighteraces.co.uk has a plug for a 1/5th scale Fw canopy so he is going to have one made for me next week.
I will let you know how it fits.
Art.

Thanks to all those who helped with ideas!
No one has a supply of TF FW canopy.
Tower has been zero help, they just don't seem to care at all. Having been a tower gold member for over 20 years, something has recently changed at this company. They have numerous issues with supply and support.
Art-please keep me advised how the canopy fits
I just may be out of luck this flying year for the FW190. Good news is I'm getting more time to finish up my Meister FW190D

Hi Kirk,

I received the canopy but unfortunately it is to narrow at the rear end and 1/2 " shorter so back to trying to get an original.
