Pretty much done, just need my stand offs to mount engine. Everything is hooked up. Hitch 5645's all around with a Savox on the rudder. 12 channel power safe Rx, LIFE batteries. Tech Aero Ibec, Assan gear/ door sequencer. Power will be a DLE 61. I feel this is one of the nicest ARF's out there. Definetly a step above TF and H9. My only gripes would the way too small main wheels, the super soft suspension spring on the tailwheel ( technically not part of the arf airframe ), the too flat paint finish and the pushrods/cables are in my opinion pretty low quality. I replaced all my pushrods with H9 turnbuckles and ball ends.
I'm also going to be giving it a coat of satin clear.

Attached are some photos of my main and tail gear door actuator set-up. I am using Robart 635 air mains and P51 struts. Mike at Gator RC fixed me up with the Gunfighter spinner. I am using a single servo to actuate both main gear fuselage doors. Progress is slow as I figure out the geometry for all the actuators. My actuators derive from posts on this forum. Thanks guys for the help.

I was able to fill in the vertical fin repair cracks with spackel. I was able to find a matching color latex paint. It is Valspar VR106A Japanese Seaweed. My local Ace Hardware mixed it for me using a no sheen flat base. For balance, I ended up putting 6oz of weights in the from of the nose cowl and 12oz weights on the firewall. Now weighting on some lower wind weather to maiden fly the P-51. I hope to weigh the plane when I test run the DLE-61 motor.

SWK550, I know you don't have the 55RA on yours, but I would still put a heat shield between the muffler and the carb. In a P-51 cowl it can get tight enough that you get heat soak that can cause the engine to run poorly late in the run. It's a simple thing to install on the engine mounts and makes quite a difference (55RA is the worst case because the muffler is very close and directly under the carb).

Another Top RC Mustang assembler here. I am from Austria (Europe). I hope you understand my English
From which point is the cg-distance of 170 mm (manual) measured?
Is it measured from the edge of the wing where it touch the fuselage?
Which distance from which point do you adjust the cg?
Thanks for your help!

Ok Mustang Addicts some new things to look for.
Had mine out this morning and a flying buddy noticed/ told me he was seeing the wings flexing while I was flying. Now I do tend to fly my Warbirds like the real thing, Hard G turns inside and out, low and hugging the terrain as it is a fighting bird. I am not the race-trac pattern type.
Anyways after inspection The wing sleeve tube holders were loose and the ply that they are attached to was flexing pretty bad. looking deeper into this I found the former was cracked in a couple of places and epoxy broke loose of the fuse. When we were removing the wings the right side did not want to come out. After pulling and prying part of the sleeve tubing wound up coming out of the tube and stayed with the wing spar. Not sure how it was able to separate from inside itself but it did.
Now again. I chauk this up to the oversized engine slowly beating my plane to death, but I love the combo myself. My plane is 31lbs dry 32-33 with fuel. Pay attention and check every so often. This is about keeping you plane's expiration date WAY WAY out for a long time many seasons.
My plane is fine no damage or anything, but I will address the situation before I take it out again. My plan is to add an additional former epoxied directly to the back side of the Main wing holder former. I will also fix the wing spar holders as well I will be using epoxy/carbon cloth to reinforce the aluminum brackets from any movement.

I'll post a video link soon.
Not a happy camper right now.
