Default Sierra still in business?

Is Sierra Giant Scale still in business? Their website was last updated in 2013, and it shows no way to order products. No phone number or physical address listed, and they don't respond to the AOL email addresses listed. Did this business disappear?

Thanks jchorak. I tried a couple of times but got no answer, I've been reading some old horror stories here in RCU about terrible customer service at Sierra. My only experience with them, many years ago, was painless and pleasant, but the combination of being hard to reach to place an order and the negative feedback here makes me very nervous. But, as far as I can tell they are the only ones offering scale retracts for the Dave Platt T-28 plans. Anyone have recent experiences with them, good, bad, or otherwise?

Default Sierra

Darrell will take good care of you. I always have the best luck reaching him by phone-early AM is best.
Several repairs and purchases over the last few years, and all handled professionally. He stays very busy and does not have a large staff.
His stuff is simply the best in my opinion.
