The model is not finished as yet. The right side in the front is still open and no spinner with the canon since i haven't desided what to power it with (Electric or glow).

For What it is worth I would have to say to go with electric. It would be a shame to cut away any thing just to have some thing hang out of that beautiful covering job. Awsome job.

Hello to all who have been folowing this thread. I thought that I would post a few progress pics of the Pepino P-39. They are in progressive order of how the changes progressed in the build.
Most of the current progress has occured in the last two months. I still need to build a vacuum box and pull a canope!

Well here it is ready for a maiden flight. I have converted my 9C futaba radio over to 2.4ghz and I'm a little apprehensive about my first flight with this plane being with a "new" radio. I still have to build a battery tray and am waiting on two more batteries from Hobby King, but after that it is just a matter of catching the weather on a good day. Here in NW Arkansas we are still having some cold weather and when it is warm the wind blows and is very gusty. Sorry, but I'm not taking a new bird up in gusty conditions, and take a chance of stalling the first landing. Here are some pictures of the final product. I'm still working on the art work, but the airframe is ready to go.
