SWEEEEEEEEET!!!!

That is SO awesome! Love that plane....good luck on the maiden, Darrell. Yeah, I'm with ya - that beauty is not worth risking for ANY reason I hope you can get video of the flight too. I'm using HobbyKing 4s1p lipos on my P-39...so far so good - i like the batts. And the charger - for $39 - is great! I got two of 'em.

anyone know any details concerning the P-63 Kingcobra ''f'' or the ''h'' model 45 with a tail that looks much like a T-33/P80 vertical tail and rudder?

The P-63F now belongs to the CAF in Texas. It is similar to the P-63E, but with the tail mod.

thanx warbird51. i've been doing further research on the tail design and found out that it was developed by Bell to help with stability issues and not an adaptation of any lockheed t-33/p-80 jet tail, although they look similar.
thank you all for your replies. fujiman

Here in NW Arkansas we are still having some cold weather and when it is warm the wind blows and is very gusty. Sorry, but I'm not taking a new bird up in gusty conditions, and take a chance of stalling the first landing. Here are some pictures of the final product. I'm still working on the art work, but the airframe is ready to go.

Hey, Darrell.....

Okay we waited for 12 years waiting for good weather conditions and like to see what happened during the Maiden?

Any Videos or Pictures? How about a Flight Summary, at least?

Thanks!
