Default T-28 Trojan Giant Scale

Anyone know where a guy can get a giant scale T-28 Trojan? I know Iron Bay (Byron) has the largest one in glass but they are hard to get a hold of etc. I know Dave Platt has a short kit and COX has an ARF but A they're too small and B we want fiberglass

Any help ideas etc would be greatly appreciated!

Thanx

I saw that Sierra Precision www.sierragiant.com has a very large T-28! I would give them a call and see what the status is!

Sierra Precision is working on producing 114" span version based on Bob Pattons Molds I believe!
You should call Daryll and see how things are moving.
last year he was working on the spar and the gears when I stopped by his shop!

Cox has an arf version of the pica t-28 - its not quite 80 inches though - about 79 inches wingspan - red and white covering. the built kits of this plane fly well - at least the ones I have seen locally.

I have one of these. A complete kit WITH landing gear and wheels ( all super high quality Sierra ) . I believe its the only one ( or one of 2 ) complete kits in existence. This kit originally came from Kerry Sterner, but he also had too many projects, lol .. I was going to build this with intention of metal morphing it, but have about a dozen other planes to get to first . .

- molded fuselage with INCREDIBLE detail.
- wing kit
- stab kit
- all plans, including CAD digital formats
- heavy duty machined sierra gear
- cacurormed canopy
- separate FG canopy frame
- 3 blade solo hub/prop, etc , etc ...

this was designed around the Moki 215, but the 250 7cyl will fit per the cowl dimensions .

please email me if interested, i might be willing to work a deal out . [email protected]
