yeah bro..read the forum rules before namecalling lol..just an excerpt from your other forum
Merlin...any luck on those tiger schemes for me, woudl really like to get some underwing shots to gather in the amount of colors or shading for the future.

Well, got one main retract installed today before heading to work. Once the plate was made and the wing slightly altered, the gear pretty much was a drop in...awaiting the wheels to finisih up the gear wheel area. Like i said before...first time around took some thinkin.....the other side should fall in about one hour. Oh well..thats that learning curve.

I have this plan and parts I bought a while back and am planning on getting to it one day. Can you take some pic's with the retracts retracted with a 6" wheel on it? I would like to use the Sierra retracts and wheels if possible. Also is there the scale forward rake in the gear. It looks from the build here they are pretty straight down. I pulled out my plans and from the looks there is rake using the CJM gear but no rake using the Robart gear and template. I did a search and found an old thread about using Sierra gear with the Meister Scale 190. It shows the gear totally inclosed inthe wing. Thanks in advance for the pic's.

Um, no this is wrong.
Variants of the A, F and G all had blown (bubble) canopies available following the summer of 1944. Nearly every 190, regardless of model got a bubble canopy after the summer of 1944. There were only a small number of F8's without the bubble canopy, and I'm not aware of any G8 that didn't have a bubble canopy.
The A model first saw bubble canopies on the A8 and became production standard in July 1944, and was full production on the A9.
The F model was built with the bubble canopies with the F8
The G model was built with the bubble canopies starting with the G8.
Externally, it isn't too easy to tell the A's F's and G's apart in a lot of situations, with the exception of the F9 which could have a Ta-152 tail.

Altight, well work is continuing on the Wulf. Since my last post, I got a new job back in Lexington, Kenucky, Married my best friend, and moved from Florida to Kentucky. 3 years later, I descided to pull the wulf back out and continue the build. I am trying to get it ready for Top Gun this year...still alot of work to do.
