How about a Hawker Heart or Hind? What about an He-100, fastest WWII plane in the early years and beat the 109 in trials but wasn't accepted.

RE: 26cc ESM WARBIRDS READY TO SHIP!!!
My friend has a small one (40" ws) that he is building. I am tring to convince him to scale the plane up to one with a 70+ inch wing span. The problem would be getting the canopy and cowl made. I think it might be possible to find a P51 or 109 cowl and canopy that might look close enough.

jmohn, there are a couple glass fuse Arrows out there. Yeah they are big, and yep, they are very expensive as well...
A nice 84" Do-335 with twin electrics? Wow... now THAT would be something worth buying, even for me. Not to mention have Sierra do up that nice nose gear and big ol' mains? Yummie.

RE: 26cc ESM WARBIRDS READY TO SHIP!!!
I have built two, but they were wood and smaller (48 and 60 inch wingspans). I am hoping to do a larger one, but would like to purchase a glass fuze rather than do a built up wood one.
Both mine were electric. The rear engine and tail setup is a major pain and would be great to have a removable tail to access all the linkage. The gear would have to be custom since it's so long.

I agree with the DO335
Something about 84'' WS for two electric motors.
I think it would sell better than the Tigercat.

BELIEVE me, it would have to go some to outshine the Tiggy cat
i dont think it will, but, you never know

I am more of a low single wing fighter type of guy but I realy like the HE-51.
the one with the blue nose realy stands out to me.
Since we are in the season of wishing a twin 26cc size mosquiteo something in the 100'' wing span
or maybe bring back the p38 that was produced

It's much better than a Tigercat, P38 and B25 as it still flys fine with only one engine
It reall flys fast and sounds so cool with the rear engine pusher going full throttle.

I dont think its shamless when a guy /guys who sell there goods are on the website talking , supporting and getting pumped about new products .
If the entire conversation was only selling based it would be a turn off and a moderator would stop it , but 99% of the time they simply get hyped on our passion and theres for the new products . Its lot more then I can say for some other companys that act like NSA with information of new products that never even make it to market lol

I'll back LDM up also, the key word he used was "supporting", Tomas and Alan go out of their way to answer any and all of our questions, and ask a few of their own and then LISTEN to us, and they'll even joke around with us, try doing that wtih other companies

there it is in a nut shell, plus i think Tomas and Alan are the leaders in a conspiracy to seperate us from our all of our money, put us in bankruptcy and get us divorced, oh well, at least we'll go there with smiles on

Yeah, if they keep listening to us we will all go broke
Really, it is a good way for companies to know what the buyers are thinking. If more companies got feedback like this they would do much better. They should run a survey to determine which would be the best model to make
As long as they are not pushing stuff or posting a bunch of photos of their stuff it's fine with me that they post here and listen to us rant. Heck most of the time they open themselves up to all kind of crazy nuts that want to flame them anyway (no names....).

I agree with LIFER on this. In fact the reason I do business with with the company is because not only do they have good product at a good price [and the kind of planes others dont put out] is because I know I can communicate with them and get a prompt and honest reply. I also pick up good information from their response to others who post. These guys are trying to grow a company that responds to the customer and I like that. What I don't like is the post from the know it all's who just have to inject un needed negative energy. I would rather do my business with these guys than a company where I dont even know the the names of the folks I try to contact with a question. These guys Alanc and Tomas make me feel like I really matter.
