Default Hangar 9 Fly In

Just thinnking out loud here. What do you guys think about a Hangar 9 fly in? Maybe do a combined scale/sport/aerobatic fly in or just one of the three categories. Thinking for next year and or such. Any ideas?

Would this be open to all birds or just Hanger 9. I fly JR does that count?

H9/Eflite Warbirds for sure!

Oh I am going to see if I can make the drive. I would love to bring my Otter, P-51, and my electric Camel with sound system. (It even has LEDs in the muzzles that match to the MG sound!) Can you imagine the Camel chasing the D7 in the air with guns blazing!!!

I drive everything with my JR 12X, and I just love that radio. The programming allows me to set up all the nice features.

It would be awesome to see a demo of the Beast too!

I like Hangar 9 warbirds, but I like Top Flite ones also, and VQ, etc, etc, ...........
If I could only bring one brand of warbirds to an event, I wouldn't bother to attend.
I currently have 4 flyable '60 size' warbirds, but only 1 of them is Hangar 9. Bring 1, leave 3 at home? I don't think so.
In other words: sounds like a dumb idea to me.
But then, I go to Harley-Davidson only events.
But then again, Hangar 9 warbirds are not even made in the U.S.A.

I like the idea (especially if it was held at the FVAC field). I would finally have to give in and buy and ARF, but a fly-in might just be enough incentive.

From your initial post, I assume the brand of radio wouldn't matter.
