Warbird Wickipedia

An idea came to me I thought I would share and get some feedback on:

What about creating a "wickipedia" for R/C warbirds. People working on kits could give their tips & tricks and these could be compiled into a central source of information for our fellow modelers. Info would be broken down by kit & plan makers and specific models. Info could be updated over time to include most recent information. What do you think?? Would you be willing to contribute building ideas??

Unfortunately there is very little interest about that subject.

The thread "Knowledge Quiz for Warbird wiz" runs pretty well with 4445 Posts and 114044 views (no sowing circle).
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;">http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_9452979/tm.htm</span></p>On the other hand to create a warbird knowledge base for a specific warbird was so far (also my attempt) unsuccessful. <font size="2"><span style="font-size: 16pt;"><a href="http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_9452979/tm.htm"><span style="font-size: medium;">

Don't ask me why - good luck with that.

I can see this just sit there long forgotten then someone else will start one up and it will have 5,000 post the first day and people will wonder why anyone didn't start a tread like this before.

I remember back in the 80's this kid came up with a software program called "Bulletin Board" It was so friends and family could post up bulletins to keep in touch. It never went any ware. Now look at Face Book. Mark Zuckerberg is a billionaire because he came up with the idea of an Internet bulletin board. Geeesh.
