I'd like to take this opportunity to share this.
The true meaning of Christmas is the love of God, Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem… For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in the manger. (Lk 2:11-12). Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem (Mt 2:1-2) For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life (Jn 3:16). According to the book of Rom 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. For the wages of sin is death… But because of God’s love Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law – (Gal 3:13) For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him 2 Cor 5:21 God doesn’t want us to go to everlasting punishment so He gave His son. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends Jn 15:13 We are also the reason of Christ death and sufferings but the gift of God is everlasting life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Everyone must accept and received the gift of God – the reason for the first Christmas. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!!! |
