You have made my day, heck you made my week with the videos of your Skyraider. Rafael, those are great videos you made. The black and white version is very cool. Great affects!! I plan on sharing this with a couple of friends here I fly with that have Skyraiders. I cannot wait for our flying season to kick off. Maybe we can shoot some videos of ours and post here too. Warbirdrcer, thanks for your usual compliments. Rafa as we call Rafael, has been into videos for a while and is developing a nick for it. Rafael does have an art transmitting his feelings thru what he picks in his gadgets. He has been adquiring some equipment to develop further his 2nd hobby.
Here is the twin video to the B&W you saw of the "Chona" the A1 Skyraider. Hope you also enjoy it. Tomorrow we are going to the club and I will be flying my Meister FW 190 A. This is a refurbished model I adquired this year and is going thru the adjustment process. I made a blog on the refurbishing process I followed. Rafa will be taking his camara also.... Gonzo |

Chona is still flying
Have not seen activity in the Skyraider Brotherhood page lately. Hope you are all well specially now that the Covid campaign has trickled down to a very low count.
Have seenin youtube, some of the members attending activities with there planes. Well my A1 Skyraider continues tofly strong. Took it last weeks to the club and had some hard fun. I broke my Ziroli Skyraider last year so I bought a new one. The Legend Hobby AD5. Heading to the field this weekend hoping to get the maiden flight in. Wii file report!

Phil very sorry for the loss of your A1 Sandy. It flew very nicely and the bomb drops were very realistic. Its good that you got in the Skyraider saddle again. Still we will miss your Sandy, it was a classic and you are a very good pilot. The new model has a nice weathering, guess its your personal touch.
What is that white stuff near the fence in the picture. I only saw that stuff in the old refrigerators when I was very young. Hope the Skyraider has a heater. Good maiden day. Gonzo |
