warning: ehobbytools.com
Just a heads up. I do think internet businesses should be held accountable for poor customer service.
I ordered some tools from the above web site, one of which was a hemostat. The day the tools arrived I clamped the hemostat onto a paper towel to swab up some spilt fuel in a model. The one jaw of the hemostat promptly broke off, clearly a defective hemostat. I sent a picture of the hemostat and my invoice to the email contact on 2 separate occasions just asking if they would be willing to replace the defective tool. My emails went unanswered let alone I paid for a tool which broke within the first minute of its use. I will not do business with this operation again. |
