For me the Lavotchkine comes in final assembly.
I adjusted the wheel geometry for ensure that it roll straight. All control surface are mounted, and make removable. I replace the pin in each hinges with a long piano wire (1.5mm). For ailerons, it's necessary to ad some plastic tube into the aileron to guide wire. For this, I dug a throat into the aileron, and glued a plastic tube, an refill with some époxy and microballons. Sorry, no pictures about this... but pictures from other control surface. Tonight, I going forward with Saito FG-84 R3 final assembly. |
