RE: Question for Byron Hellcat Owners
The last one I flew was 29 pounds. It was glassed and painted with laquer, but did not have panel lines or rivets, other than the stock lines in the fuse. It flew great, and no bad habits at all.

RE: Question for Byron Hellcat Owners
Mine is 32lbs and has all flight surfaces glassed and painted. Plane also has the Byron Purr Powr installed along with somewhere around 6 lbs of lead to balance it I believe. Flies great at this weight and floats along much slower on landing than my 24 lb Byron Mustang does.

RE: Question for Byron Hellcat Owners
Thanks for the help! Mine came in at 34 lbs dry wich includes 5 lbs of nose weight. The Byron manual stated 24-26lbs RTF but all their manuals for their warbirds understate what the actual weight is. I have 3 flights on mine now with great success!
