I HAVE A NEW G26 TAKEN FROM A H9 P47 150.(UPGRADED TO A G45).THINKING ABOUT PUTTING IT IN A H9 P47 60 DO YOU THINK IT WILL FIT/WOULD IT FIT THE NEW H9 SUNDOWNER. WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD PLANE FOR THIS MOTOR

RE: WINTER PROJECT
In stock form, the Zenoah is better suited in scale flying applications. For performance, the engine really must be lightened with an EI conversion to make it more suitable for use in a larger scope of aircraft. I've seen the G26 in the H9 P47 60 size....and when converted to EI, the weight can be accomodated. It can also be propped to make the little 47 a bullet :) there are certainly other planes very suitable for the G26, converted or not....but since we're in the warbird forum, I'm limiting my comments accordingly.
