Hi Guy's, would anybody know where I could find a "B/C" version canopy to fit a Pica 1/5 scale 89" model?

I have had no luck[:-]

Thanks

Or how about a Malcolm Hood?

I read somewhere couple days ago that some of the P-51B/Cs used the spitfire canopy's, what's the scoop on that guy's? Are all Malcome hoods just Spitfire canopy's or is it where Malcolm got the idea from and redesigned it for the mustang, I know it was for visibility reasons and more room for the pilot, but that's it.

The Malcolm hood on the Mustang may have been inspired by the Spitfire but it is an entirely different unit. Send a PM to RCU user name John Cole with regards to a Malcolm hood. He modified a Top Flite 1/5 scale into a B model a while back and had a Malcolm hood available for it. Maybe he still has one lying around, worth a shot. John's Mustang can be seen here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_46...tm.htm#4623127

Come to think of it, Scott Ramos did one as well. Here is a link to his thread.

I got a few from Jack Devine a couple months ago. They are great canopies. He has both the Malcolm style, and the standard A/B/C.
