Unfortuately, not much use to anyone, Plans need to be in the 200 dPI and full size. I suspect you saved these off an Ebay selllers page. Thanks anyway.

You will never find a set of plans for the Royal/Marutaka P40 or the kit itself. It's extremely rare and you would be absolutely lucky to find it. The Hellcat comes in second and third is the Black Widow.

The P40 is considered the Holy Grail of Royal. I've been searching for it for years.

The Widow is owned by a friend of mine. The Hellcat I own.

The last pic is the only known pic of a Royal P40. It is owned by an RCU member.

Sorry guys I've been swamped for the past few days with emails and private messages requesting plans. If you havent received a plan yet please message me or post here and include the plans you would like and your email address. I looked through my plans and just remembered that I do indeed have the royal p-51 mustang.

Wonder why they call for .60's on the small twins they make, especially the widow?

Not many pictures of the Royal/Marutaka P-61 under construction and certainly I've never seen any pictures of one finished, except the box picture. I built the center pod of my P-61 so that I could mess around with a cockpit while I build my other planes. Itonly took me a day's worth of work to get it completely framed, and part of that was looking at the plans to figure out the changes to fit a cockpit. Luckily the only formers that needed to be moved was F-3, forward just a bit. I'm building a special vacuum former table and heating element that is over 55" long so that I can pull the huge plastic piece that is the bottom of the pod! Not much balsa in this plane, most of that is in the wing. I built this thing from the plans, completely from scratch, I started with just paper and plastic sheet. It's an odd scale at 1/11.

With the thousands of Royal plans out there, I wonder how many will actually get built? http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f...eeth_smile.gif

As far as that P-40 goes, it's ugly and to me is not worth having, I would never build something like that. I looked at the Hellcat plans and they look very nice, that one I would like to have.
