Greenville, SC chapter ?
 

I think this hobby looks pretty interesting and would like to see it done and maybe join a club if there is one around here. Does anyone have any info on if there is a chapter here or even just a group of people kind of informally doing it? Thanks for any help, Major

Probably the closest Big Guns group is the Mid Atlantic Group [link=http://www.mabg.org/]http://www.mabg.org/[/link], with the next closest being the Chesapeake Battle Group [link=http://www.chesapeakebattlegroup.org/]http://www.chesapeakebattlegroup.org/[/link]. I would suggest contacting them, and not just relying on the web pages. I am not sure what Small/Fast Gun groups are close to you, if any. However, there are links on most of the group pages to clubs we know about, including Small/Fast Gun and other scale clubs (there certainly are on the [link=http://www.ntxbg.org]www.ntxbg.org[/link] site, as well as various articles and how-to's). Umi has also been kind enough to do a compilation on this list for you to look over.

Keep in mind that most of the participants are on the Yahoo maillists instead of this one (the groups are BigGunsModelWarship for Big Gun and IRCWCC for Small/Fast Gun).
