PM doesnt function correctly

Click on a fellow members PM to send message and all it does is go to my members email page. WTH? No way to send a PM to anyone. Also when sending a email it comes back undeliverable every time!

I recently had the same issue and had to change email server. AOL and Yahoo do not work well with the RCU servers. So if you use either of those for your email try another email acct. Be sure to make the email changes in your RCU account settings.
