Default 4 Bladed Prop for 91CD

I have a 91CD and have run it well with a 12X8 3 blade prop; I have a new project for this engine and I would like to try a 4 blade for scale appearance; not a lot of 4 blade props available out there; APC has a few 4 blade props as follows: 10X6, 11X6 & 13.8X10; any suggestions as to which one would work the best for this engine?

Sorry for the delay in replying.

We do not have any specific experience of using a 4-bladed prop on our 91CD to date. Generally the more blades, the less efficient, so you will need to take this into account.

A good rule of thumb for choosing a 4-bladed prop though is to decrease the diameter and increase the pitch. Therefore an 11x9 should work well if your 12x8 3-bladed prop ran well. Master Airscrew does an 11x8 and 12x8 3-bladed prop which could be okay.

I am sorry I don't have a conclusive answer
Best regards
