Any RCV engine service manual???
Do you guys know if there is an engine manual for servicing RCV engines?
I have 2 90SPs that I bought from club members, and I need to know how to time the engine when I reassemble.
The manual that comes with the engine is quite vague describing the timing process.
I have been servicing my os and saito 4 strokes for years without any problems.

The timing instructions etc can be found on the user manual. You can download a new usermanual from our website

I have just noticed you thought the timing instructions in the manual were vague. I have been out of the office for a couple of days and my colleague has responded under a different thread.
Her answer is correct, however there is also a section on retiming in our photo user manual http://www.rcvengines.com/pdf_files/photomanual.pdf
