Cold vs. Hot RCV 60SP
Can someone explain to me why my RCV 60sp engine has better performance on the low and high end when the engine is first started? When the engine is cool it seems to be able to idle at lower RPMs and run at higher RPMs at full throttle. As it heats up, the high end seems to drop, and the engine will not idle as slowly.

This is only a guess, but it might be compression as the oil thins out when the temperature rises.

Also only a guess, but it could be too lean ;) Start it, let it run for 3 minutes, thereafter set the needles.
