Check out the videos from Alishanmao on YouTube. (http://www.youtube.com/user/alishanmao)

There are some great videos on how to set the idle properly as well as tuning the HSN and LSN needles.

I would suggest trying to get it right on your own first, it's really not that difficult once you grasp the concepts. Take off the air filter, hit the brakes on the remote and adjust the Idle needle so there is about a 1mm gap visible when looking into the carb. Ideally you want this gap to be identical when braking and when at neutral throttle.

Next you can reset the HSN and LSN needles by tightening them down (gently!) all the way, then backing them out, 3 or 3 & 1/2 complete turns for the HSN, and bring the LSN out where it's flush with the housing, then maybe turn it in 1/4 or 1/2 a turn from there. That should get your buggy in a pretty stable place to fine tune the engine going forward.

Search YouTube for "RedCat Nitro Engine Tuning Guide", there are two videos (Pt 1, Pt 2). These explain which needle is which, and even has a demonstration of "too rich" and "too lean" for each of the needles. Really good explanations in those two videos.

There is also another one named "Why Engine Quits when I brake", by the same guy, that has a good explanation of the Idle needle and visual cues on the proper setting.
