Motor is probably toasted. since it is cheaper to replace than the ESC Iwould replace it first and if you still have troubles the ESC may also be affected and need replaced.

If you pull the motor out there are 3 little screws that hold the cap on the end of the motor. Take those out and you can pull the cap off and then pull the shaft out and see exactly what's going on. In my case the magnet was cracked and the motor wouldn't turn at all.
