I was driving my volcano s30 the other day after it had just rained and crashed it into a good sized puddle. I tried to dry my truck out and open up the receiver box to dry.
However...it didn't turn out to work as i lost control of my throttle and it was unresponsive. When i tried to switch the plugs on my receiver both the steering and throttle began to twitch and not work very well. However if it sits for a while they will work for a bit.
Do i need new servos or just a new receiver? If i just need a new receiver does anyone know which redcat one it is online. Theres a couple on there.
Thanks for the help.<br type="_moz" />

It could probably just be your servos, if not, try changing the batteries.
If that doesn't work, probably the receiver, and if that doesn't work, I'd consider replacing all the servos and receiver.
The receiver depends on what you have. Mine happens to be a 2.4GHz receiver along with the DSM2C Radio.

I have that same radio, will both of those receivers work?
And do you use the AA batteries or the battery pack for your receiver?

It should work fine as long as you bind it to your radio and that your servos are compatible with your receiver.
I use the AA batteries and put them in the battery pack if that's what you meant?
All and all, I hope you get it working.
I have problems here at my end, so feel free to ask me anything.
I stripped my Spur Gears so it really sucks.
