Im not sure, i havent dealt much with shock oil, i just got the big bores a while ago. Basically if the oil is too thick, the oil cant flow through the holes in the shock fast enough, so it busts the cap off the top of the shock.

If you want bigger tires, your gonna have to change your gear ratio.

any 2.8 tire will fit.
