REDCAT RACING SHIPPING DEPT!!!
Why doesn't the shipping department contact you when they can't fill your order?
I ordered online three items all showing in stock. Oh happy day!!! (Sunday nite)
My Truck is down clutch, diffirential gear wheel set and engine gear set.
Look at online parts on Monday afternoon shows one item out of stock!!! Oh S___t!!
Called Redcat was told my order was filled and shipped. I'm paying $16.00+ 2 day shipping! OH happy day!
Three hours later I get e-mail of my invoice. ONE ITEM BACK ORDERED!!! Back order does not fix truck.
Does Redcat treat everyone this way??? I hope not. I'm not even complaining about the product things
break. But not being informed does burn me up!
So I'm done venting! Does anyone have link to a well stocked parts site for Redcat parts?

Ordered.
Paid with paypal.
Got confirmation of order. (has complete order).
Recieved e-mail that it has already been boxed.
and will be shipped in AM by USPS proirty (2-3 days)
This all took less than 1 hour!!!!!
OH YEA OH HAPPY DAYS!!!

Yes ive had the same problem.I wait and when the package gets here,something is back ordered.Even though it was showing in stock,and at this very minute stills show in stock.Well if its showing in stock why is my order one part short.
No emails saying anything about any back order,just short on parts that I get.
Maybe with the back orders,that should open some eye's to what is lacking on
what parts that break the most.
I think more attention should go to getting parts in and keeping them in.
In alot of case's the one's that are breaking the most.Maybe I should just
order a crap load.
I'm sure redcat is doing its best,at least I hope.I also know they dont make the parts.
Just please put more focus on the parts that are selling the most.
Thats my 2 cents and Elvis has left the building....lol........

I'm not sticking up for Redcat but that is very common for a factory , or OE supplier. You are much better off going through a dealer. Seems like they either don't have time , or the man power to check stock ,and call you if they DON'T have it. I used to work at a supplier , and this drove me nuts !!!

Well just to update my order from Redcat (I ordered on Sunday 4/2) Order was incomplete.
Was shipped on 4/3 DHL 2day delivery $16.50
Its 8:20 on 4/6 no package from Redcat its sitting in Richmond Va 55 miles south of me.
I ordered missing things from chubbysdad late Monday evening and was shipped USPS priority. 4/4
LAND A GOSHA I got it today 4/6 at 2:15 pm . Shippng about a Quarter of DHL's price.
Oh well get my truck put back together if DHL ever shows up. Got news for Redcat DHL SUXS!
Time to think about the ole postal service???

Believe it or not I did get a call from redcat on my last order. They wanted to know if they could charge me in full and ship the backorders later. I am not defending anyone necasarrilly but facts is facts. If you check my previous posts you will find that I have done my share of griping about redcat but I really think they have improved a lot in a fairly short time.
I have previously cast my votes for chuubbysdad and topspeed toys but I dont mind ordering from redcat either.

Order never arrived
I have been waiting for a week or 2 and it's been saying in transit and the package was only an hour from my house and then went 9 hours away and then came back and now I haven't got anything new. And then my last order that parts was out of stock the money never went back to my bank account????
