Haha that's the million dollar question. The problem is that tuning varys from day to day. Weather and a couple other variables affect it. The best starting point, atleast from what i've heard, is to turn your HSN all the way in, be sure not to tighten it, and then bring it out 2 and a half turns. Then play with it from there. The lsn should be flush with the collar. And the idle screw should be so that with the throttle closed the opening should only be a few millimeters.
