Default is this right????????????

both of my drivers side wheels spin fine. the passenger wheels will spin but has a lot more resistance. when i spin either of the drivers side tires the other tire on that side spins but neither of the other side tires spins. if i spin either of the tires on the passenger side the tire on the other side spins opposite and the one on the same side will not spin. is this suposed to happen???????[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

i took out the rear drive shaft on the passenger side and spun the axle and it spun with some resistance. i did the same thing on the drivers side and it spun just fine. is the bearing going bad??? if so how do i get the axle out? i took the two set screws out of the rim nut but the axle would not come out.

i finally figured out how to get out the axle. i cleaned the bearings and races and they spin freely now. i hope that it works but i will have to wait until tomorow, about 2inches of snow and its almost dark. is this something that normally happens? i was running on a wet baseball diamond and i think some of the dirt got into the bearings

what you described is normal on an rc car and a real car, its limited slip differential. You should clean and lube your bearings every once in a while, blow them out with compressed air, clean with wd40 and buy some lube in a pin point container so you can lube from a pin point.

Don't know what model you have but if you pull the tranny out you get the 2 center shafts out and if you you remove the upper or lower arms on the front or back (just inner or outer side)you can get the axel shafts out. I could be exact but I don't know what you have. As for your question I'm not sure either but one side will always spin more free than the other. Does it still move? [X(]
