what i would like to know is does redcat cars come in kit form? i prefer to build my own, so is this or some place else the way to go?

No kit form, at least I have never seen one.

I think it's because of the fact that they tend to sell to a lot of newcomers to the hobby that they only do RTR.

But hey, you could always take it apart and reassemble it.

That's what I did, tore it all apart, checked the diffs, locked the center diff, switched to 17mm hexs, put it all back together. Now I am learning how to drive it. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/js/f...ades_smile.gif

I wish they came in kit form, then I wouldn't have had alot of problems due to the crappy assembly

JUST buy it and pull it down and do a proper build.

I did, but its 2X as much work then
