lightning str
 

Hey all, so I just bought a new lightning str and its giving me a huge headache. The car will not stay on. Either itll die after 4sec of idle or as soon as I tap on the throttle it dies. Ive searched this forum and also youtube. It went thru a glow plug in like 3 days, bought a new one and it looks like it abt to go as well. Ah, a little more info, Also I cant get ti to just idle correctly meaning the car seems to always take off by itself.

dont suppose there is anyone you know who could show you.
its hard to tune a car over the internet...lol

but there are 3 needles, idle, low, high.

I assume you already did the breakin?

kinda sounds like your idle is high, and your high speed needle is too lean.
