Nitro Carb Help

Hello everyone
On my Redcat earthquake, I unscrewed the HSN completly off to clean, and I am unsure about something now.. On the HSN The part that the fuel line connects to, ' the niplet does that have to be set a certian way? or can it be ajusted to any postion??
Please Help...
