Hekp With Removing Shockwave Engine
 

I just got my Redcat Shockwave yesterday. I'm still trying to break it in, last night I idled 2 tanks thru it and ran it around slowly this morning. Then when I was going to take it for another run I broke the pull start. Now I am trying to get the engine out so I can see if I can fix the pull start but I can not get the screws out on the bottom of the chassis, I really do not want to strip them and would feel pretty dumb taking it to a shop over this. Any tips/suggestions?

Ok, finally got the engine loose but the pull start is toast. Can anyone recommend a quality replacement? Manual or electric as long as it wont break easily.

Will at pull start from a Traxxas or similar fit? I'm going to make a run to the lhs tomorrow but they do not carry Redcat.
