Missing Screw

I have a Redcat Volcano EPX. I was having issues with the wheel alignment being off when the vehicle is turned on. It was suggested that I unscrew the steering horn, straighten the wheels, and rescrew the steering horn. Anyway, as I was about to put the screw back in, I dropped the screw and can’t seem to locate it. Do you know how I could replace the screw for the steering horn

Just use any screw about the same size got any old rc cars or an old broken stereo may have to check the depth and grind it down,I've custom modded rc gear plenty of times only because it's hard to source stuff where I stay.
