Redcat Kaiju ESC Fan Upgrade

I'm looking for a fan upgrade for my Kaiju's ESC. I don't notice any heat issues necessarily, however, it doesn't really seem to be moving a lot of air. I'm about to put in some motor fans and figure that would be a good time to replace the ESC fan too.

Has anyone installed a fan they can recommend?
