Brand New Redcat Everest Gen7 Pro ESC BLINKING RED LIGHT OUT OF BOX

Brand New Redcat Everest Gen7 Pro ESC BLINKING RED LIGHT OUT OF BOX and I don't know what to do!

Not sure if plugs are in backwards or what. This is my 2nd rc in like 20 years almost. So 1st one in a long time. I have the 3000 NiMH 7.2v battery. Its fully charged. The receiver is paired I THINK. The light on the receiver blinks slow now. But the light beneath the two jumperplugs is blinking fast. What did I f*** up?
