Help, Issue with Volcano throttle
 

Im having a issue with my redcat Volcano EPS moving forward. What happens is when I pull the throttle the receiver blinks and the ESC is solid red and the car is jumpy. It moves slow and appears the steering is moving slightly. I have tried re-binding with no luck. The motor is fine since when I connect direct to battery it is normal. Steering moves back and forth normal as well. I am not sure where to go from here, please help.
