can't git idle right
 

so i bought a used tornado xp got it tuned today runs ok seems to be a little slow out of the hole but runs o.k. my problem is i can't git the idle to come down i've tried adjusting the screw to the point it doesn't die when the brakes are applied but still wants to take off!!! any ideas?
