Need help with Volcano shocks

Been runnin my new Volcano pretty hard and noticed one of the rear shocks starting to ooze. I cleaned and refilled but oozing again. Can anyone recommend good shocks? How are the redcat aluminums? I saw DITI had some Traxxas shocks. I'm lookin for something good but ain't gonna cost a fortune;). Any suggestions?

hi unkle,
the ones I have are not that expensive, they cost $50 on tower, here is a link

but I think I will agree with Connormon, the redcat aloy shocks will fit "factory", no need to worry about moding and stuff
other than that the T-maxx shock work great!

If they're plastic shocks stock, I'd definitely have a look-see and make sure there are no cracks in the body.

if there's no crack, then it should just be down to the O-rings that seal the shock where the shock shaft goes into the shock body. $.50 fix if that's the case.

I personally would recommend upgrading to aluminum shocks, though.
