second gear will not engage
 

i have a tornado xp. when i run it , it peaks and will not shift. ive only put like 6/7 tanks into it and my gears are not stripped or chipped. ive scouered the fourms for help and have not found any thing to help me. i had a guy at my local hobby shop put my clutch together on my new engine and he seemed pretty legit. After the break-in period i was able to get it to shift but the next day it just wouldn't. and i dont remember how exactly to put my clutch back together as far as washers go.can anywon help me?
