what the hell!?
this is friggen stupid why did they delete the 07 himoto catalog post? where is it?!
|
RE: what the hell!?
Not to be a dink but it was advertising for himoto thats not good for business on a redcat forum
|
RE: what the hell!?
just a crazy guess but maybe cause redcat and himoto aren't exactly busness partners or friends, lol. but that does stink, i never got a chance to look at the catolog.:(
|
RE: what the hell!?
its basically like wendys advertising at mcdonalds:)lol
|
RE: what the hell!?
himoto and redcat are not the same company, himoto should advertise on their own thread, if they dont have one they sould make one. nitro your absolutely right, you dont see mcdonalds ads in burgerking or ford in chevy right? its cool that himoto owners come here for help and chat but there should be no pushing of their products here.

RE: what the hell!?
it was not advertising!, the stuff in that will work on redcat cars! and redcat didnt care, since he was posting on there and even thanking people for the info!, did they move it or delete it? mods get really anoying sometimes.
|
RE: what the hell!?
I assume it was DELETED due to the fact of when you go check your posts to see what youve posted its not there
|
RE: what the hell!?
It was removed by RCR themselves.
|
RE: what the hell!?
just go download the sucker at their website
|
RE: what the hell!?
typical RCU moderators at their best! lol makes me laugh now how silly this forum is getting. That post wasn;t even posted buy himoto in the first place. The original thread starter just posted it there for people to look at.
I agree though, bit silly having it in the redcat section though. But it was posted for most of the week before being deleted and thats the kind of censorship inconsistency the mods are showing. Someone mentions why doesn;t himoto create their own forum? They did! And we all know that basically 2 particular individuals with alterior motives went hell bent on destroying the thread and company name. And they succeeded on having the thread torn down! Would I be so bold as to ask the question whether these guys are also to blame for having this lastest thread on himoto removed? Definately worth the question of suspicion if you ask me! |
RE: what the hell!?
Well what do you think traxxas would do if i wnet there and posted redcats lineup for the new year it would be deleted its strictly business man and the competition cant have there stuff in another companies forum period it doesnt matter who posted it its bad for business

RE: what the hell!?
ORIGINAL: clermontmotorsports It was removed by RCR themselves. Wow, what an interesting move for the company that owns www.himoto.com Sounds like a conflict of interests to me. |

ORIGINAL: nitro_racer_1 it was not advertising!, the stuff in that will work on redcat cars! and redcat didnt care, since he was posting on there and even thanking people for the info!, did they move it or delete it? mods get really anoying sometimes. Its all quite confusing nitro_racer_1 , The mod says Redcat Racing removed the thread. But Why would the owner of [link=http://www.himoto.com]himoto.com[/link] RCR, direct all who type in Himoto.com to the RCR website [link=http://www.redcatracing.com/himotoparts.asp]Parts[/link] . Why indeed would he have a problem with Himoto on this forum since RCR obviosly has no problem taking the Himoto name to promote Redcat sales. I wonder who owns the Domain name Himoto.com ? |

I wonder who owns the Domain name Himoto.com ? the page you show isnt even on the redcat site so were did you find it and another thing people buy websites all day long for instance playstaion 3 is owned by sony but some guy got an urge and bought playstation4.com do you know how much money thats gonna be worth to sony when the time comes |

Wow, what an interesting move for the company that owns www.himoto.com Sounds like a conflict of interests to me. just curious that IS a good point, however, about the playstation4.com website...however, since Himoto already has www.himotoracing.com (and have for quite a while), why would they buy www.himoto.com? do a google search for Himoto and see what comes up, and watch the sponsored links. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but there ARE some things that you can't deny |
RE: what the hell!?
blue...since you know I worked for Redcat...I'm gonna go ahead and confirm it now that the proverbial cat is out of the bag. Darin owns www.himoto.com
I don't know where the hell knowitall is getting this info...but he certainly lives up to his name |
RE: what the hell!?
what the reason do you know that
|
RE: what the hell!?
ok this is messed...where did my post go...
and now the conspiracy begins to unravel... |
RE: what the hell!?
everyones confused on this.: redcat dot NOT own himoto, they are completly seperate, himoto owns Higspeed the company that manufactures himotos, redcat buy their car from highspeed. so Himoto is the mother company! i dont see why redcat deleted the post when they themselvs were contributing to it, where else was i supposed to post? the himoto forum was shot down,a nd the stuff in the catalog would benifit redcat owners. its stupid. they have a problem with the mod's consistancy. i want to make it very clear
that himoto is the master company tho. and their web site is www.himotoracing.com. RE: what the hell!?
redcat doesn't own Himoto, nitro, but Darin owns www.himoto.com the WEBSITE.
read between the lines my friend, and hurry up and read this post because it WILL be deleted fairly rapidly Also, get it right-hispeed is NOT owned by Himoto. Himoto is a completely seperate entity that contracts the work to Himoto, just like Redcat. himoto is an OEM that's self-contained and sells products under their own label as well. |
RE: what the hell!?
ask the owner he will tell u different
|
RE: what the hell!?
nitro...i worked for Redcat. I did ask the owner, and the IT guy about it...6 months ago. they both told me that Redcat owned the site.

RE: what the hell!?
believe me, if there were any redheads in that building...
they would have been satisfied while at work:) |
RE: what the hell!?
yeah i know they own the site, but himoto owns highspeed. its not right that they use himoto's name to promote their company. is it just me or is that pretty hipocratic that they deleted the himoto post, but then use himotos name to advertise for them? more proof that himotos got it together and redcat dosent.
