could be running to rich try adjusting everything back to factory settings,
high speed needle turn the screw all the way down (clockwise) but don't tighten it. Then unscrew it 2 1/2 to 3 turns (Counter Clockwise).
low speed needle should be flush with the sleeve.
idle screw take off your air filter and make sure your throttle is at idle. then make sure that there is an opening in the carb..... i dont know just a thought, also try plugging in a new glow plug into the glow drive and make sure the plug is glowing orange

make sure your getting fuel from the tank, sometimes there has been a problem with a clogged tank, blow in the exhaust side of the tank and see if it comes out the fuel side fairly easily. put your settings at 3 out on the high needle and even with the collar at the low side. make sure the carb is open 1mm with the radio and car on, prime the carb before trying to start. change the plug if you havent a plug can glow and still not be good. make sure the head bolts are tight.

hope this helps you out a little.

RE: Problem Again

I have flooded mine a few times and it wouldnt start I would pull the glow plug out and tip the car to the exhauste side and shake any exscess fuel out of the pipe then pull it over a bunch of times. Then before you put your glow plug in check and make sure it glows bright orange and will keep glowing (I had a dead glow ignighter once and I thougt it was ok because it glowed but I only tested for a half a second) then once you put the glow plug in check compression and make sure it seems good enough. I have herd one guy say to lift your car a few inches off the floor or bench and hold the pull cord and let go of the rest and see how fast the car drops but make sure the car hits the ground or bench before the end of the pull cord. then after all that if you still cant start it try to prime it by pouring a little fuel in the carb to see if it is a fuel problem ( I had lots of fuel problems including the manifold not sealing to the engine!).
