digital radios
ok, i see a lot of digital radios being used out there , now for me my little cheap redcat radio works fine . (stop,go turn left ,turn right) now never owning a digital radio ,im sure i don't know what im missing, a friend told me that once you go digital you never go back....lol , so is there really a big diffrence? and what are some of the things those little #s and lights.. etc can tell me?

do you mean just a digital display? If so they just look pretty lol. As far a digital spectrum , once you get one of those you wont go back. Futaba has the fast system which is also 2.4 but I have been having alot of customers have problems with them. Its no where near as good as the spectrum. With the 2.4 you never have to worry about a freq. problem again, no glitches, and it gives you alot more fine tuning adjustments as far as movements with the servo's.

I have been using the futaba 3pm 2.4 spectrum transmitter since april of this year never had a problem with it. Sometimes you never know with electronics if your going to get a good one or a bad one. It gets alot of use and held up so far. If your run more than one model its nice to have a transmitter that holds more than one model in it memory. 10 models on the 3pm.
