Pivot ball upgrade?
 

I have a eldorado (old volcano) and was curious if I could upgrade the suspension. to pivot ball suspension. If so what parts would i need to do this?

i tried a while ago, its just alot, basically you need the complete front and rear ends, its better and probably cheaper to buy the volcano sv with the pivot ball already, i have the stx and i am happy with it, why do you want to change it?

If your just looking for strength get the aluminum lower arms and the steering knuckle for the front........do the same in the back with the lower arms and change the shock tower.......adds lots of strength but will still break away for the rough landings[&o]put any more metal (aluminum) on there is just making it heavy and expensive to break;) besides the pivot ball doesn't hold alignment as well as the A arm type[:o]
